Empowered Directions LLC, is a Transition/Life Coaching and Consulting Company that provides professional coaching, training and consulting services for individuals and various organizations, to include non profit, private enterprise, faith based organizations and government agencies.   The company was founded by Tonya and Tyree Harris, Sr. who bring to the business over 20 years of professional experience in diverse industries which includes Academia, Non Profit, Law Enforcement, the Military, Corporate America and Private Enterprise.  The Empowered Directions team have a wisdom, honesty and insight that provides value to our clients from many different areas of professional and personal life.

Empowered Directions is a collaborative group of highly-experienced, like-minded professionals who share an enthusiasm for people and their personal and professional success.  Experienced consultants, trainers and facilitators, the Empowered Directions team has consulted with leaders in all levels of leadership from the C-suite to first-line supervisors.  Our partners are competent and accomplished professionals who, individually, bring to our team over 20 years of experience in diverse professions and backgrounds pertaining to Strategic Planning, Organizational Development,  Information Technology, Finance and Graphic Arts & Design.  When you work with our team you can feel secure knowing that you are working with the most knowledgeable, skilled, and practiced professionals.
